Yes — each pack is valid for 30 days from purchase. Unused purchase credits roll over into your next pack, up to that pack’s rollover cap.
02Can I buy credits without a pack?
Top-ups are for members on an active pack. Once you have one you can add a few extra credits at any time, at a flat per-credit rate shown on the pricing page and in your account. They expire with your current cycle and roll over on the same terms as pack credits.
03Can I pay with mobile money?
Yes. MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash and AT Money are supported, as well as cards. Mobile money packs are prepaid; only cards can auto-renew.
04How do I cancel a booking?
From the app or your account page, up to 12 hours before the session for a full credit return.
05What happens if I miss a session?
The credits are forfeited and a strike is recorded. Three strikes in 30 days pause booking for a week.
06Is there a limit per venue?
Some venues cap visits per member per cycle; the cap is shown on the venue page and in the app before you book.
07How do I check in?
Scan the QR poster at the front desk, or show your pass — it works even without signal.
08Is there a free trial?
New members get free trial credits after verifying their phone number, usable at any venue for 14 days, up to two visits per venue.
09Can I get a refund?
Purchases are non-refundable except where the law requires it. Contact support and we will look at your case.
